Anti-skid course
llie Swedish designed Anti Skid driving course is coming back to the Waimarino next month. The course is designed to give drivers practical instruction in how to handle a car in a skid, using a large frame device which is fitted to
a car. The device is hydraulically controlled to alter the traction in various ways to simulate road conditions from mud to black ice. The course is being held again at the Waiouru Air Field. Raewyn Pearson, 58 024 has more information.
