s Tenders Sale of Sfanding Timber Erua & Rangataua Forests Tenders are invited to the felling and removal of standing timber in the above forests situated near National Park and Ohakune respectively. The sale will be by annual volumes for a period of thee years as follows: Erua Forest Lawson cypress @ 1 1 000 tonnes per year. Douglas fir @ 5000 tonnes per year. Rangataua Forest Pinus nigra 3500 tonnes only - to be removed by 1 993. The sale will be at the stump (Stumpage sale) and the purchaser must satisfy himself as to the quantity and quality of the available material. Tenderers must satisfy the Department of Conservation that they have the necessary equipment to log the area and the market outlets for all merchantable material. Tenderers may quote a price per tonne all up or individual prices for sawlog and pulpwood for each species. Only tenders covering the total volume for each of the three years will be considered.
