Mountain money machines

Money machines make it to the mountains at last this week with the installation of a Cashflow machine at the Ohakune Trustbank. The automatic teller machine will be installed near the doors of the present bank building in Goldfinch Street, Ohakune. Bank manager Mark Clements said the machine would be well used in the busy winter months, handling Cashflow, ASB and Trustbank Visa accounts 24 hours a day. He said it would depend on summer use as to whether the service would be the same yearround. To encourage locals to use the service, a staff member will be stationed outside in the first few days to show people how to use the machines.
