Chi Gong evening
Ohakune hosts Peter Koh, a traditional Chinese acupressure therapist next week. He will again be teaching the Chi Gong method of self healing through simple breathing and stretching exercises. This technique aims to stimulate the body's self healing mechanisms with the healing energies released through the regular practice of these simple Chi Gong movements.
