Family service seeks support

"Unfortunately there are many families who have come to Homebuilders for help since we started operating last March", says Heather Ranginui, Co-ordinator of Homebuilders Family Support Service. "Families have a wide variety of problems related to budgeting and domestic skills, drug abuse, and parenting and teenage problems".

Homebuilders Family Support Service provides short term, intensive help to families in the Wanganui, Patea, Raetihi, Taihape and Marton areas. The service is looking for paid and volunteer workers in September '91. Anyone who is interested, should phone 063451636 or write to Homebuilders, PO Box 4295, Wanganui.
