Hostess assaulted
A Turoa snow hostess was assaulted by a young male after she had spoken to the offender about his skiing behaviour on Sunday aftemoon. The youth had been skiing dangerously through the Turoa carpark before the assault. The youth, when warned, had complained about the hold-ups on the Ohakune Mountain Road earlier in the day, then struck the hostess.
