WANDERING DOGS There is an increasing problem with wandering dogs ripping open rubbish bags on collection days. Dog ranging patrols will be stepped up on these days. If a dog is impounded there is a minimum charge of $40 and owners may be prosecuted for failing to exercise adequate control. Please make every effort to keep your dogs off the streets.
