Golf pennant winners
The final round of the C grade was played in near perfect conditions with all teams competing. Waimarino completed
an unbeaten season with a 9 nil win over Mangamahu to take out the C grade pennants. Results for 9 hole
competion were as follows; D Herewini 21 points, T Frederick snr 20 points, T Spry, T
Donghi, F Geraghty, G Price 19 points. G Pepere and T Geraghty 18, B Wilson scored the only two of the day.
