Junior rugby
On 9 June Linton schoolboy rugby teams travelled to Waiouru. Despite the wet and cold weather there were familiar faces and some new ones. Practise for Waiouru players is on Tuesday and Thursday, 4.30pm to 5.15pm at Patterson Field. Results: Under 7s, won 4 tries to 3. Player of the match- Marcella Pullen. Under 9s lost 28 to 12. Player of the match- Cameron Ridler. Under 11s won 36 to 0. Player of the matchDaniel Mitchell. Under 13s won 28 to 20. Player of the matchNathan Davis.
