Raetihi car accidents

There were two motor accidents within fifteen minutes at Raetihi on Thursday. Both were non-injury accidents.

The first accident happened at Webbs corner when two cars collided. The second accident occurred a few hundred metres along Ohakune Road, near the turn off to

the rubbish dump when a late model car became entangled with a Telecom van. The Raetihi Brigade was called to hose down the road after the second accident.
