Non payment of Fines
David Zane Cadwallader,27 of Raetihi, was to have appeared on a charge of failing to pay fines totalling in excess of $2,000. For failing to appear in response to a summons, a warrant for arrest was issued. Another defendant, William Callaghan, 23 of Raetihi, also failed to appear in response to a summons for non-pay-ment of fines. A warrant for his arrest was requested and issued.
