Raetihi Constable hired
Raetihi's new constable will be taking up his position in the middle of May. Constable Stuart Ngatai, a family man.is coming from T akapuna. "With eight years in the police force and considerable experience at relieving at small police stations north of Auckland Constable Ngatai is well suited to his new position," said Sergeant Bob Evans. After two years in Raetihi Constable Peter Gardener moved to Napier at the beginning of April to become a trainee dog handler.
