Tenders will close 4.00pm Friday 22 March TRANSPORT (VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ROAD CLOSURE) REGULATIONS 1965 CLOSURE OF ROADS TO ORDINARY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is hereby given that the Ruapehu District Council, for the purpose of the Taumarunui Car Club holding the New Zealand Hillclimb Championships, the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated hereunder. During the period of closure emergency traffic will be let through as soon as possible. SCHEDULE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE SATURDAY 23 MARCH 1991 Ohura Road (Shorts Hill) Raetihi, from S McNie's woolshed to Penneys residence. Period of closure: 10.00am to 6.00pm SUNDAY 24 MARCH 1991 Kururau Road, Taumarunui, from Carter Road intersection to the Summit. Period of closure: 10.00am to 6.00pm It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised permit to use the above mentioned roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.
