The Special Order will be submitted for a confirming resolution at the next ordinary meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Huia Street, Taumarunui on Friday 22nd March 1991 commencing at 11.00am. The purport of the Special Order resolution is to raise and make provision for repayment of the loan which is to upgrade Council's computer system. The cost of the loan in respect to the upgrading will be met by the ratepayers in the Ruapehu District. Copies of the resolution to be confirmed are deposited at Council Offices and Libraries rn Taumarunui, Ohakune and Raetihi and are - open for inspection by the public during the normal opening hours of those offices and libraries.
