ORUAKUKURU ROAD in its entirety between the hours of 9.30am and 12.30pm, and between the hours of 1.15pm and 4.30pm. LAKES ROAD/PAKIHI ROAD from the junction of Kopurutuku Road and Ratamaire Road, west to the junction of State Highway 49 between the hours of 11.30am and 2.00pm. FIELDS TRACK/WHANGAEHU VALLEY ROAD from the junction with Oruakukuru Road to the boundary with the Wanganui District Council between the hours of 1.30pm and 5.00pm. OWHAKURA ROAD from the boundary with the Rangitikei District Council to the junction with Fields Track/Whangaehu Valley Road between the hours of 9.00am and 12.00pm. Any person objecting to the proposals is called upon to lodge notice of his/her objection and grounds thereof in writing, before 8 March 1991 at the offices of the Council at Miro Street, Ohakune. SPECIAL ORDER: RUAPEHU DISTRICT COMPUTER UPGRADING LOAN 1991 - $120,000 Public Notice is hereby given that at its meeting held on 15th February 1991 the Council resolved by way of Special Order pursuant to Section 716B of the Local Government Act 1974 to raise the above loan. The Special Order will be submitted for a confirming resolution at the next ordinary meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Huia Street, Taumarunui on Friday 22nd March 1991 commencing at 11.00am. The purport of the Special Order resolution is to raise and make provision for repayment of the loan which is to upgrade Council's computer system. The cost of the loan in respect to the upgrading will be met by the ratepayers in the Ruapehu District. Copies of the resolution to be confirmed are deposited at Council Offices and Libraries in Taumarunui, Ohakune and Raetihi and are open for inspection by the public during the normal opening hours of those offices and libraries. Attention is drawn to Section 34 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 which provides that not less than 15% of the Electors of the District may demand under their signature, giving their name and address, with sufficient particularity to enable the person to be identified as an Elector of the District, that a poll be taken on the pr°P°sal.
