Local builders Horne Brothers staff work on the foundations for the extensions to Ruapehu College's library which is to be almost doubled in size following construction work at the school which started 16 January. The work includes almost doubling the floor area of the library, two new offices, two separate working areas, a large deck area and a new disabled persons' toilet block.
