Break-away
• I'm a bit fed up with all this whinging from ratepayers in the Waimarino and Owhango. How many times does the mayor have to reply to these people before it all sinks in? I must admit I'm beginning to wish they would break away from the district - we would be a much happier district without those people moaning all the time.
