The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is that of an Hotel. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is to be sold under the licence are as foilows: The ability to sell and supply liquor on the premises described in the licence for consumption on that premises between the hours of: i) at any time on any day to any person who is for the time being living on the premises whether as a lodger or employee or otherwise; and ii) 7.00am and 3.00am the following day Mondays to Sundays inclusive to any person present on the premises for the purpose of dining; and iii) 7.00am and 3.00am the following day Mondays to Saturdays inclusive (other than a Good Friday or Christmas Day) to any other person present on the premises.
