Speech competitions
Ruapehu Lions are organising the annual inter-school speech competitions for 14 November, to be held at the Ohakune Primary School. All schools in the area have been invited, said organisers, with three pupils from each asked to take part. Winners of the competition will go forward to the district competition in Marton later in November.
