Bridge

It was an interesting night of Bridge on Wednesday 17 October. The normal partnerships were disbanded for the evening and everyone was allocated a different partner. Apart from the odd mis-call, everyone seemed to understand what their partner's calls meant, which showed we were basically all playing the same system. All those involved seemed to have enjoyed the evening and from comments overheard, hope to see this become a regular club night occurrence. The results for the evening are as follows: North-South - 1st Ron Frew and Mark Hays 60.67%; 2nd Lynn Brannigan and Pauline Le Noel 54.67%. EastWest - 1st Ron Martin and Betty Hammond 67.50%; 2nd Lauretta Eades and Goldie Fraser 57.50%.
