Ice signs for viaduct
Danger signs warning motorists of ice are to be erected at either end of the stretch of road by the Makatote Viaduct, on SH49. Waimarino Community Board members voiced concern about the hazardous conditions experienced by motorists during the winter season. A total of four signs - two at each end of the viaduct, are to be erected.
