School year may change
Raetihi School's Board of Trustees is to look at the start and finish of its school year following the Ministry allowing schools flexibility in their timetable. Schools may now set their own school year, with a start date of 28 January and end date of 13 December, or 4 February and 20 December respectively. Raetihi School Principal Doug McLean said before making a final decision they would consult with parents and other schools in the area.
