ARMY NEWSLETTER
The desire for better communication between the Army and the Waiouru Community Board over mutual community concerns was expressed by the Commander ATG, Colonel Phil McGuire, at the board's recent May meeting. Col McGuire recently started a new line of communication himself, with the establishment of a newsletter entitled 'Top Down'. As the name suggests, it is a means of communication for the Commander to the Waiouru community.
