Raetihi win Simonson Cup
On Wednesday 7 March bowling enthusiasts of the Raetihi and St Johns bowling clubs met in Raetihi to compete for the Simonson Cup, Raetihi winning 27 point? to 11. Team members included, for Raetihi:Chris Windle, Lead; Lynn Sattler, two; Dianne Martin, Three; Lynn Drinkwater, Skip. The St Johns team was: W. Ruffhead, Lead; C. McGregor, two; J. Francis, three; E. McFarland, Skip.
