CAR SET ALIGHT
A car parked in Mangawhero Terrace in Ohakune was the victim of an arson attempt early Friday morning. The offender poured petrol along the right hand side of the car, then poured a trail of petrol away from the car as a wick which was then lit. The flames left the car covered in soot but the oaintwork was not damaeed.
