Drunk driver
Derek Te Waro Onoema Gray, 31, unemployed, was told he would be jailed if he offended again when he appeared for sentencing on charges of driving with an excess alcohol level and driving while disqualified. He had previous convictions for both offences. His honour said this was his last chance to obey the sentence of the court, being sentenced to community care for six months and
disqualified for 18 months. The court was told Gray has children in his care.
