Chills Off Committee APPRENTICE BUTCHER We would like to employ an apprentice butcher in the New Year. The applicant would have to have three years minimum secondary school education, and have a pass in S.C. English. The successful applicant must be of tidy appearance and have a pleasant personality. Good health is essential. The apprentice period is 8000 hours, but this reduces with the passing of each qualifying exam. Applicants please apply at the Ohakune New World in person. SHOP STAFF We have two positions available to school leavers in the Supermarket. As the successful applicants will be dealing with the public they will need to be of a pleasant personality, be in good health and have had a good education. We require the applicants to have had at least three years at a secondary school and to have a good knowledge of the English language. Both positions will be for a 40 hour week with overtime available. One of the applicants will be required to work Tuesday to Saturday, with every Monday off.
