Quizzed for Bay trip
Eleven teams competed in a fun quiz evening recently to raise money for a planned trip to the Bay of Islands by pupils from Ohakune Primary School's Form 2 in March next year.
Held in the top lounge of the Ohakune Club on Friday 17 November, the evening's activities succeeded in raising a total of $240. Each team of four members had to answer
100 general knowledge questions and the two winning teams - one for answering the most questions accurately and the other for the 'best dressed' - donated their prize money back into the fund.
