Cannabis
Craig Donald Harford, 20, labourer of Wanganui, pleaded guilty to one charge of cultivating cannabis plant and to one charge of possessing two knives and one roach clip for the purpose of committing an offence under the Misuse of Drugs Act on 25 September. He was convicted and fined $200 on each of the two charges.
