New Raetihi chef
Qualified chef and seafood specialist Tom Rawiri, formerly of Maramarua, has started cooking at the Ruapehu Hotel in Raetihi. Tom has recently had
experience cooking for the Fishermans Table in Manakau City and has attended a specialist course in hotel catering at Newton House. He is a young, enter-
prising enthusiastic chef, according Jto his employers and Tom enjoys a good game of rugby. Tom is staying at the hotel and invites anyone to come along and try his cuisine.
