The successful contractor will run the camp in such a manner that its appearance is inviting, the campers are well provided for and the camp is promoted. The contractor, therefore, will be self motivated, personable and reliable with the ability not only to carry out the manual tasks but also to undertake the administrative work involved. The contractor will be required to occupy the house provided on site. Ideally the contract will suit a couple in order to cover both reception and other duties at the same time. Payment for the contract will be in two stages: 1. A basic contract price 2.
