By

McGrath

Australian Country Gospel singer Jim Muir visited Ohakune Monday evening last week and performed to a good sized family audience. Mr Muir, along with his manager Tom Lind, are on a 10 week tour of New Zealand for the Gospel Church. With him in his large suitcase was Charlie, a comedian puppet that brought alive the attention of the children. During his performance, Mr Muir sent his message through the sounds of Johnny Cash, Jimmy Reeves, Elvis Presley and many more.
