COUNCIL TRADE SERVICES REVIEW
The method of providing trade services for the new Ruapehu District Council is to be reviewed. At present, in Taumarunui, work is "spread" amongst commercial garages. The council general manager is to consider the options which include, among others, tendering all work or hiring its own mechanical repair staff.
