IN-HOUSE DISTRICT PLANNER SUGGESTED
Ruapehu District may in future have an inhouse town planner. District gencral managcr Cliff Houston told the Ruapehu District Transition Committee on Friday he thought the region had suffered through lack of continuity by contracting out planning services. He said if the council could get the right person they should look at hiring an in-house town Dlanner.
