Ski field fun
Events on the ski fields this weekend include the Kiwi Lager challenge at Turoa. Yesterday was a product giveaway day, today is a dual slalom open to all levels of skiing, tomorrow is the spectacular Gelandesprung jumping, and on Sunday is "Fun in the bumps". The Kiwi Lager events are due to start at 1pm each day with registrations at the mountain office and on the deck at the top of the Giant (late entries from 12 - 12.45) At Whakapapa the Bhanski Junior Ski Championships are being run Saturday and Sunday and next week the National Ski Championships are being held (all week).
