Stolen car

Peter Sidney Low, 21, tree planter, was fined $350 for stealing a car valued at $3000 from Christopher Rohloff in Wanganui on 12 May. He said he bought the vehicle for $200 and was later told it was stolen. He sanded it down and changed the number plates then hid it. Rohloff was ordered to pay $1650 to cover the cost of returning the car to its former condition.
