The restaurant is the main concern, says Margaret and she will be launching a promotion to rename the restaurant and also hopes to have a soloist playing for dinners at least once a week. Introducing two ■new beers on tap and the relocation of the TAB are just a couple of changes for the bars. Margaret has been in the Hotel business for 13 years and for two years she held the position of bar manager. Margaret is no stranger to Waiouru, she worked in the Oasis Hotel in 1975 for Phil and Cynthia Casey before moving to Palmerston North. Two of Margaret's children are moving to Waiouru with her - Robert is 4 years and Kristina is 2 1/2 years. Unfortunately Margaret's husband Kevin has a seven day a week takeaway bar in Palmerston North and is not able to join her in Waiouru at present.
