HARRIS Wl - JULY 2 1989. Two years ago Wi arrived in the city of Wanganui. Later he was introduced to some of the local residents of the Waimarino district by Alan Brown. Wi was a free man with a free spirit, surpassing time effort and energy to the people he encountered and resided with in the district. Friends near and far travelled to Motukaraka marae, Hokianga Harbour Northland to pay their last respects with his parents and families and relations. This verse is dedicated in memory of a friend companion, and helper. YOU To you who touched the hearts of they who knew you Your laughter and selfless loving ways No burden to heavy your energy given Your tenderness towards children taking time to help and amuse them in fun and games and play Though few words were spoken it flowed from the meditation of the heart pointing the way There were some for you and not for you mistaken identity never the less Your dream for us whilst you were here was to accompany you to your homeland prosperity of fishing but for the system at hand and the rest So it matters not what colour or creed or on the surface mankind see's For the SPIRIT OF LOVE encompasses all TE WAIRUA, TE AROHA, TIHEI MAURI ORA. Our thoughts extends out to Vicky, Wi's girlfriend and Junior. NEWS? Phone Robert 58-532
