Ruapehu parents mourned
The College has lost two parents of students this year and our condolences go to the Drayton and Greenwood families on the loss of their respective mothers. Both had a strong interest in their children's education and were valued supporters of the College; along with the wider community we will miss the contribution of these parents. Parents of Form Two students are welcome to come into the College to discuss the options available at Ruapehu
College. Senior Staff will be visiting contributing Primary Schools in the next month to discuss College courses with the Form 2 students. Many parents would be unaware of the range of courses your local College has to offer, and the support available to families. Congratulations to Alan Prince on his selection in the Manawatu Under 19 League team to tour Australia and to
Ana Brien, Roberta Williams, Che Wilson and Mario Mareikura on the standard of their speaking in the Korimako competition in Wanganui. Help! The College has requests from parents wanting their children to attend Ruapehu College. If you are interested in providing Monday to Friday board for a 4th or 7 th form boy please contact the College.
