Japanese friends of the Turoa Alpine Ski Club were welcomed and entertained at the Maungarongo Marae last Friday. They were shown weaving and carving work crafted on the marae before visiting Turoa Skifields and the Hapuawhenua Viaduct to watch the bungy jumpers.
