RAETIHI FARM SALE
Four freehold parcels of farmland and residential land in and around Raetihi are to be offered for sale at a mortgagee auction at Wanganui on Tuesday 25 July. One of the properties is described by the auctioneers as a very attractive, sheltcred sheep and cattle farm, well fenced and watered and within easy walking distance of the Raetihi sale yards. Another is described as a warm piece of land, well fenced and maintained, and bisected ■ by the Manganui a Te Ao River. The third is a 10 hectare block on State Highway Four 1km north of Raetihi and the fourth is a 1200 square metre section in Mount View Road, Raetihi.
