RURAL HEALTH SERVICE MEETING NEXT WEEK

Waimarino's future health services will be the subject of a meeting to be held at the Raetihi School hall, starting at 7.30pm, Tuesday 11 July. The meeting, organised by Mayor Garrick Workman, is designed'to be an opportunity for local residents to have their questions about the health service answered. In attendance will be the general manager of the Wanganui Area Health Board Rob England, rural health services manager Margot Mains and WAHB's Waimarino member Dorothy Scarrow. Mr Workman said he hopes the meeting will bring out positive views and ideas rather than become a protest meeting.
