COGS grants
Applications from 44 community groups were received last Friday for the Waimarino Rangitikei Community Organisations Grants Scheme. The distribution committee has $140,875 to hand out to groups providing essential social services. Some late applications may be accepted, depending on their post date, and the COGS committee is to first meet on July 20 to consider the applications. Successful applications will be announced in early September.
