Shooters meet match
Members of the Waimarino Smallbore Club's representative team met their match, when they came up against a stronger Whangaehu team in the first round of competition in the Wanganui Association's inter-club shoot. Results: Waimarino - K. Summerhays, 97.5; L. Maru 98.1, B. McGinniss, 95.2; R. McLean, 93.1; A. Summerhays, 91.0; C. Bright, 97.4; T. Donaldson, 93.0; M. Maru, 89.0; M. Williams 88.1. Total: 664.13. ing from all its members. An AGM was held with Bob McGinniss returned as president, Lyn Maru secretary/treasurer, Ken Summerhays as Club ■« CPT, and Chris Bright as public relations officer. A team of shooters attended the T aranaki open championship last morith, with Aaron Summerhays taking first place in the D Grade and Russell Maclean fourth in C Grade.
