HEALTH CENTRES FOR RUAPEHU REGION
Rural health centres are to be part of the Wanganui Area Health Board's business plan for 1989-90. A rural health centre will be established in the Waimarino by June 1990 and a community health centre in Waiouru by December 1989. Waimarino Hospital Principal nurse Eve Rush said she and her staff have held a series of meetings to formulate a proposal on the Waimarino's rural health centre to put to the Area Health Board. The group was to meet yesterday afternoon for further discussions.
