Thanks for the music
Ruapehu College teacher Shelagh Buck is the recipient of this week's Bulletin bouquet, for her part in the College's recent drama production. Mrs Buck was the musical arranger of 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat', an adaptation of the stage show by Andrew Lloyd Weber. Mrs Buck volunteered countless hours to preparing for the production which featured its own orchestra. Mrs Buck said she has been involved with former drama productions but this was her first attempt at musical arrangement. Around 50 staff and students were involved in months of preparation for the production that ran at the college hall June 6-8 to appreciative audiences. The production featured five scene changes, painted by talented local man,
Chris Melody and a signed by Merrilyn score of costumes de- George.
