The financial statements reported on comprise the Statement of Payments and Related Sources of Funds Applied and Statement of Money Owing, The audit was conducted in accordance with generally accpeted auditing standards and practices. In the opinion of the Audit Office, the financial statements fairly reflect, in the form prescribed by regulation 10 of the Local Government (Territorial Authorities) Accounting Regulations 1979, the financial position of the Council as at March 31 , 1988 and the financial results of operations for the year ended on that date.
