Willie aims high
Celebrity Willie Aames, better known as 'Buddy* in the television series 'Charles in Charge', visited the Waimarino on the weekend with the production team from 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous' to film bungy jumping from the Hapuawhenua Viaduct. The actor who made two jumps from the viaduct courtesy of New Sensations, told the Bulletin that bungy jumping was just about the biggest thrill of his life. His jumps were filmed by 'Lifestyles' producer Robin Leach. Mr Aames was accompanied by his wife during the filming.
