Pony Club Funday washed out

Wet weather caused the cancellation of a fun day for Raetihi Pony Club members which was to end a very busy season. However, an excellent attendance of members and supporters to their afternoon tea and prize giving meant a successful year was concluded. McGregor & Kerri Allerby. Vet Club Cup for Intermediate Attendance, Vicki Pearson & Sally Williams. Dobson Bros. Cup for Senior Attendance, Cindy Langdon. Williams Trophy for Junior Groomed & Turned Out, Marni McGregor & Tanya Clark. C & B Fredricksen Cup for Intermediate Groomed & Turned Out, Rachel Duigan. Kui Griffin Cup for Senior Groomed & Turned Out, Sharon Wagstaff & Rachel James. McGregor Cup for the Most Improved Junior, Megan Enright; R/Up Kerri Allerby. McGill Cup for Most Improved

Intermediate, Vicky Pearson; R/Up Janine Maru. Bowater Cup for Most Improved Senior, Rodney McCoubrie; R/Up Cindy langdon. Waipuna Ridge Cup for Most Conscientious Rider, Sharon Wagstaff. C Certificates were gained by Donovan Morris, Rachel James, Katrina Wilson, Cindy Langdon, & Sharon Wagstaff. The King Country Team to compete at the Pony Club Championships at Wanaka next week are all fit and looking forward to their long journey south.
