ALARM CLOCK LINK TO BREAK-INS

Police are investigating three recent break-ins believed to be connected. Two occured to neighbouring houses in Manuka Street, with the third at a Pitt Street address. An alarm clock stolen from Manuka Street was recovered by Police at the Pitt Street home. Other items stolen include a wall clock, television and video recorder, knives and coffee mugs. Police suspect the offenders may have stayed overnight in at least one case. Enquiries are continuirig.
